Greeters And Sidespersons

Greeters:
- On Sunday Morning Greeters arrive at the church 20 minutes before the
service begins. They greet people at the door in the spirit of welcoming and
hospitality, and assist our parishioners and guests with any questions or requests
they might have.
Sidespersons:
- On a Sunday Morning Sidespersons arrive at the church 20 minutes before
the service begins to hand out books and leaflets.
- After the service begins, count the number of people in the congregation,
including the clergy, and post the number on the board on the west end of the
church.
- At the appropriate point in the service, gather the financial and food bank
offerings and present them to the altar.
- After the end of the service, count the financial offerings and tabulate them.
